To pick up your order from a Pudo locker, you will receive a text message and email with a unique PIN and QR code. You have 36 hours from the notification to collect your package. If you don’t pick it up in time, it will be sent to the closest Pudo Kiosk/Depot. You can track your package using the Courier guy tracking website. If you need to return a package, you can use a Pudo locker or send it to a specific address. Pudo lockers are safe with security systems in place.
